The Aspen Gold Method, based on our full wedding planning package, is engineered around that reality. Here is what working with us looks like, from the first inquiry through the final goodbye.
Step 1 · The Inquiry
A warm conversation, not a sales call.
We begin with a discovery call — not a pitch, but a conversation. Faith will ask about your story, your guests, your venue if you have one, and the kind of season you want this to feel like. If we are the right fit, we'll share a tailored proposal within a few hours. If we are not the right fit, we will tell you so and point you toward a planner who is.
Step 2 · The Foundation (12+ Months Out)
Vision, venue, and the structural decisions that shape everything else.
This is where we get the foundational decisions right — guest count framework, venue confirmation, vendor curation, and a budget structure that supports the wedding you actually want. You'll have access to your private planning portal, scheduled video meetings with Faith, and a working relationship that grows with the wedding.
Step 3 · The Design (8-10 Months Out)
The vision becomes tangible.
Mood board, design deck, vendor contracts, room block coordination, guest experience design, stationery — the season where the wedding starts to feel real. You make the creative decisions. We carry the logistical weight.
Step 4 · The Coordination (3-6 Months Out)
Every detail confirmed in writing.
Timeline finalized with your venue. Walk-throughs scheduled. Every vendor logistic confirmed. By the time we reach the 30-day mark, your role in the planning is essentially complete — and that is by design.
Step 5 · The Calm (Final 60 Days)
Your job is to be present. Ours is everything else.
Most couples find the final month the most stressful one. Ours find it the calmest. By the 30-day mark, every detail is already settled. We have one final call to review and finalized every detail. Everything else — vendor calls, venue communication, last-minute logistics — comes through us.
Step 6 · The Day
Delivered with the quiet precision of a thousand weddings.
Faith is on-site from setup through send-off. Our 3-person team executes your timeline and vision with excellence and precision. Your role on the wedding day is simple: be fully present, enjoy your wedding, and trust the team you chose. The rest is already handled.
